       Refund Policy

At Boogie Bake Shop we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a NO refund and exchange policy outlined below:

 

All Sales Are Final

All bakery items are made to order and perishable. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

 

Order Issues or Errors

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing product, or order not received), please contact us within 24 hours of your order being shipped at (boogiebakeshop@gmail.com). We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund as ingredients may have already been purchased or preparation may have begun.

Pickup and Delivery

We are working on this, but in the meantime double-check your order details. We are not responsible for items caused by incorrect addresses.
